About Me

I am a change agent, which by definition is one who “alters human capability or organizational systems to achieve a higher degree of output or self actualization.” The purpose of a change agent is to make changes that are lasting, which enables people or organizations to expand, to operate more efficiently or to find a new perspective on life.

I am a visionary.  Since childhood, I’ve always asked the question Why? (meaning why is something this way or why someone have that point of view).  I look at the world not as it is, but as it could be and I can see what would be possible for organizations and individuals if that future were realized.

I am committed to leaving this world a better place then I found it…and I’ve learned along the way that in order to transform the world, one must first start with themselves.  This journey of exploration has taken me from my hometown in Pittsburgh, PA to Washington, DC to Chicago, IL (my adopted home for 17 years),  Los Angeles, CA and currently to Chicago again.  My self-exploration has led me to many personal growth and development courses to study human behavior, to study Improv and Meisner-based acting, to study with the Jesuits and the foundations of Ignation Spirituality and to Kundalini Yoga.

I seek to inspire, to empower and encourage others to awaken to who they are and support them in fulfilling on why we are here.  I have a strong belief that it starts within…and that the foundation is being integrated in mind/body and spirit.

I aspire to live as Ghandi has taught us…to be the change I seek in the world.

This blog is about creating new conversations and inspiring others by being transparent about my own learning along the way.  If you like what you read, please follow my blog and spread the word to others.
